Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in the U-ASDLC (Unified Agentic Software Development Life Cycle) Certification Programs, including Starter and Advanced (Greater) certification levels.

By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any U-ASDLC training, assessment, or certification, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

U-ASDLC
The Unified Agentic Software Development Life Cycle framework and associated training programs.
Program
Any U-ASDLC training, certification, exam, or educational material.
Starter Certification
Entry-level certification focused on foundational knowledge.
Advanced / Greater Certification
Higher-level certification focused on applied, practitioner, or professional competency.
Participant / You
Any individual accessing or enrolling in a Program.
Provider / We / Us
The organization or entity delivering U-ASDLC certifications.
Materials
All course content, documentation, assessments, exams, videos, diagrams, and frameworks.

2. Eligibility

To participate in U-ASDLC certifications, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent)
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Comply with all Program rules and assessment requirements

No specific technical background is required for Starter Certification.

Advanced certification may require successful completion of prerequisite levels or equivalent experience.

3. Certification Scope & Nature

3.1 Educational Purpose

U-ASDLC certifications are educational and professional development credentials. They do not constitute:

  • Academic degrees
  • Government-issued licenses
  • Legal, financial, or regulatory authorization

3.2 No Employment Guarantee

Certification does not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific professional outcomes.

4. Access & Use of Materials

  • All Materials are provided for personal, non-transferable use only
  • You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly publish Materials without written permission
  • Recording, scraping, or reverse-engineering course content is prohibited
  • Violation may result in revocation of certification without refund.

5. Assessments & Exams

5.1 Integrity

You agree to:

  • Complete all assessments independently unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Not use unauthorized tools, impersonation, or external assistance during exams
  • Not share exam questions, answers, or evaluation criteria

5.2 Results & Decisions

  • All grading and certification decisions are final
  • We reserve the right to invalidate results if misconduct is suspected

6. Certification Award & Revocation

6.1 Award

Certification is granted upon:

  • Successful completion of required assessments
  • Compliance with all Program rules

6.2 Revocation

We may revoke certification if:

  • Fraud, plagiarism, or misrepresentation is discovered
  • These Terms are violated
  • Certification is misused or falsely represented

7. Certification Usage & Representation

You may:

  • List your certification on resumes, LinkedIn, and professional profiles
  • Use provided digital badges in accordance with usage guidelines

You may not:

  • Claim certification levels you have not earned
  • Represent U-ASDLC certification as regulatory approval
  • Imply endorsement by third parties or employers

8. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Fees (if applicable) are disclosed at the time of enrollment
  • Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Free or beta programs may be modified or discontinued at any time

9. Changes to Programs

We reserve the right to:

  • Update course content
  • Modify assessment formats
  • Retire or evolve certification levels

Such changes will not unfairly invalidate certifications already earned.

10. Intellectual Property

All U-ASDLC frameworks, models, terminology, diagrams, and Materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Programs are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We make no warranties regarding:
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Error-free operation
  • Guaranteed outcomes or industry acceptance

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

You may discontinue participation at any time, subject to refund policies.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Provider's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
